Typical initial investment to purchase a partnership share is under $20,000.
· Monthly partnership fee to cover fixed expenses such as hanger, liability and hull insurance, aircraft financing, GPS and XM subscriptions is in the range of $300/month.
· Hourly wet Hobbs rate is $150/hour. Not subject to state sales tax. Finance costs are not required in the hourly rates. A major engine overhaul, prop overhaul and annual inspection is fully accrued from the hourly rates.
·Shares may become available over the next 6 months.
